Weaving is a flat-surfaced product that emerges by passing the yarns under and over each other in a way that makes vertical angles.
WEAVING PREPARATION
Warping is the process of combining yarns from different cones together to form a sheet. The important point in the warping is to preserve the yarn elongation and maintain it at uniform level. This is done to achieve a better performance during weaving in terms of low end breakage rate.
QUALITY CONTROL&MENDING
Quality control in the textile industry involves a set of standards or guidelines that help guarantee a product meets certain parameters as well as customer satisfaction.
Mending involves the actual repair of imperfections such as weaving in a missing warp or weft yarn with a hand needle and repairing tears as well as small holes.
